Limited Lifetime Warranty Information
1.  WHAT THE WARRANTY COVERS

1.1. Limited Lifetime warranty covers any factory defects in the powder coated aluminum frame and the hinges connecting each panel together on any Down&Out hunting blind. 

1.2.  The limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or incidental damage.

1.3.  The limited warranty does not cover the fabric panels, the roof struts, the carrying bag, the fabric snaps, or any part of the windows and these pieces are purchased on an “AS IS” basis. Each of these pieces can be purchased and individually replaced.

1.4.  This warranty covers replacement for factory defects and does not constitute a refund.

1.5.  This warranty replaces all other warranties, whether express or implied, made or given by Dox Outdoors.

 

2.  THE PERIOD OF COVERAGE

2.1.  This limited warranty is effective after receipt of your warranty registration. 

2.2.  To register your blind(s) please detach the below section and mail it to the following address within 90 days of receiving your blind(s):

3.  HOW THE CUSTOMER CAN GET SERVICE

3.1.  Please contact us via email at support@doxoutdoors.com or via phone at 936-293-8811 for warranty or replacement needs.

3.2.  Please be prepared to describe and send pictures of the defect. If the description and pictures are consistent with the visual inspection once received, the warranty will be honored. 

 

4.  WHAT DOX OUTDOORS WILL DO TO ADDRESS WARRANTY ISSUES

4.1.  Each warranty claim will be handled on an individual basis after receiving pictures of the defect. 

4.2.  Whenever possible, individual parts/pieces will be sent to fix or replace a defective part/piece. Most issues can be addressed without replacing the entire frame. 

4.3.  If the entire frame needs to be replaced, the fabric panels and windows will need to be removed and kept before returning so that they can be used on the replacement frame. 

4.4.  Once the defective frame is received, inspected and approved for replacement, Dox Outdoors will pay to ship the replacement frame back to the customer. However, the customer is responsible for shipping the defective frame to Dox Outdoors for the initial visual inspection.
